Dispersants are a kind of interfacial surfactant which has the opposite properties of both lipophilic and hydrophilic. They can uniformly disperse the solids and liquid particles of inorganic and organic pigments that are difficult to be dissolved in the liquid, and at the same time, they can prevent the deposition and aggregation of particles, so as to form the amphiphilic reagent needed to stabilize the suspension.
